When I connect to the server today I can only see games started before 7/9/2014 12.00, and when I start a new game I cant see it in games list. It's like if the server doesn't 'see' me. What's happening?
I'm running the latest version of Xmage (4/9 v2). HELP!

CAUSED BY THE TABLE SORT PROBLEM - SHOULD BE FIXED WITH 2014-09-04v7

Playing a Commander game against a human. I killed my own Academy Rector with Marath, Will of the Wild's damage ability. Academy Rector's trigger showed up in the text box, but I was not asked if I wanted to exile it to use its ability. I suspect this is because Ground Seal was in play, but Academy Rector's ability doesn't target, so it should work.

I restarted the server and he is currently working.

I did some server updates for the public server yesterday and today to add more debug information to track down some (older) bugs. But this introduced also unintended some other problems (e.g. with the list of active tables). I hope this problems are fixed now in 4/9 v6 that is downloadable now (but only needed for the server).
I will update the server to this version today.

EDIT:
Set back to v2 version because of more problems v6. So I hope v7 - that I have to create - will fix the new problems.

Was caused by a bug in 2014-09-04v2, that kills the table sort if specific table constellation happens. Was mend from server restart tonight.
Installed this morning 2014-09-04v7, that should (I hope so) solve this problem.

I'm having a problem with the Madness keyword. I discarded Basking Rootwalla to Survival of the Fittest. Madness triggers on Basking Rootwalla, and it asks if I want to use the ability. I choose Yes, then the card goes to exile. I am not asked to pay the Madness cost (in this case 0 mana). Then at the end of the current phase, the Basking Rootwalla is moved from exile to the graveyard, saying its Madness cost wasn't paid.

I haven't tried other Madness cards to see how they are working. It's possible that Basking Rootwalla's problem is that the Madness cost is 0, so it doesn't know how to handle the payment part. Otherwise maybe Madness isn't asking for the payment at all.

The other thing to look at is that you should only be able to pay the Madness cost the very next time you have priority. When using it here, the Basking Rootwalla was going to the graveyard at the end of the current phase, but if the Madness cost isn't paid, it should go to the graveyard before other things on the stack are resolved (in my case the Survival of the Fittest ability).

Relevant rule:
502.24c Any time you discard a card which has madness, you have the option to remove it from the game (to play it using its madness ability) or not. If you remove it from the game, the second part of the madness ability triggers. When this ability resolves, you have the option of playing the spell for its madness cost. You can only play it the very next time you could play an instant this turn. If it's an instant or sorcery, put it into your graveyard when it resolves. If it's an artifact, creature or enchantment, put it into play when it resolves.

Server is running incredibly slowly. I'm trying to download v7 and it's going at about 13 kb/s - I also played a match earlier which had some lag.

EDIT: The server running slowly issue has been fixed, but now I literally can't play or do anything because of constant null pointer exceptions.

Same here. Soon as I connect to the server, program throws a null pointer exception every few seconds until I close it or it crashes. Program is currently unusable in it's current state

The card Chainer's Edict is not allowing the casting player to choose who's the target, so when you cast it, it just resolves and does nothing.
