To anyone who is successfuly hosting a server

I would love to host my own public server. However I cannot get anyone to connect. My 17171 port is deffinetly open, but I've tried all kinds of setups and I can't get someone else to connect. Connecting users find the server, but can't ultimately connect to it. I know that because my computer username is shown to them in the login screen after each attempt. I have even setup sucessfuly a Loopback Adapter to no avail. Please help! I really want to host.

Send me example configurated files? Tips? Anything at all? Thanks in advance.

In short: It won't work behind a router using NAT. Or at least nobody knows how to get it to work.
