XMage Website Down

Postby dongilbert » 07 Oct 2014, 20:11

I've been looking into XMage for a while, and finally decided to download it and give it a try during my lunch break today. Sadly, the website is down so I couldn't download the precompiled binary. I also attempted to clone the git repo and build it locally, but the tests failed locally. I modified the tests for the sole purpose of just forcing a build, and even then it wouldn't go. I finally did something and it successfully built, but now I can't find the jar's to run, because the mage-client and mage-server folders aren't generated from the build. I did find a mage-client.jar, but it fails to launch.

Any tips? Or maybe you could send me the 1.3 jar so I can run it?

To build a runnable version best use the perl script build-and-package.pl in the Utils folder.

But download site is up again, so you can download the package.
