Freezes when images are downloading. The download freezes at around 7100 cards.

LevelX: Did you change the language setting for images? 7100 is around the number of cards that can only be downloaded in English.

Smoke from 5ED has the wrong card image (Vampire Bats).

Tatterkite is getting counters on it, i have him in a edh deck with Mikaeus, the Lunarch and when Tatterkite dies it triggers the undying and he gets the +1/+1 counters

LevelX: I'm sure you talk about Mikaeus, the Unhallowed. It's fixed beyond 1.4.3v3.

End of opponents turn i cracked an Expedition Map, the search library window came up stretched beyond the height of the window yet empty. My timer was still running. No input would work to the program, couldnt chat, open right click menu, no F# buttons worked, the only way to get out of it was to quit the program completely. No error was thrown in the console log.

LevelX: I've seen this bug posted two or three times before. But it's not possible to reproduce it yet.
All you can do currently is to kill the Xmage process on your system and restart and reconnect to your game. That way at least it should work to continue your game.

mmm dunno, before casting mercy killing on watchwolf for example i buff him with sigil blessing, but as i remmember same happened without a buff, in all cases Wilt-Leaf Liege was on the field also...

Diluvian Primordial doesn't quite work as it should. In a 4 player EDH match I cast the three spells and they all returned to their owner's graveyards, not to exile.

AI will cast Pyroblast and choose the second mode (destroy target permanent if it is blue) and then select a non-blue target...

LevelX: That's legal by the rules. The color is only checked during resolution, so if you select a non blue target it won't be destroyed if it's still non blue during resolution.

Unable to cast instants during declare blockers step

I am new, so I might just not be doing this right, but during the declare blockers step I am given the opportunity to select a blocker (even if I have none). My applicable instants (such as Bile Blight) are highlighted purple as if I could chose them, but when I click on them, they just do nothing. If I click "Done" with select blockers, it goes directly to damage and doesn't give me an opportunity to do anything after attackers and before damage.

sipes1946: in preferences--phases you can deselect the setting that allows you to declare blockers even if you don't have any blockers.
Also- you are given priority to cast instants during combat- it says "play instants and activated abilities" (unless you have used one of the function keys to yield priority until a certain point).

Isochron Scepter + Split cards

I cast the Scepter and imprinted a Research//Development on it. Then next turn I activated the Scepter, copied and played the Development half of the card, and after it resolved it placed the original card in my graveyard from the exile zone, even though it shouldn't since I was meant to be playing a copy of it, not the original card. This means the Scepter can only be used once because any further activations will not find any card imprinted into it and will simply do nothing.

It seems to be a problem with split cards in general, as I tested with the Burn half of Turn//Burn and it also put the exiled imprinted card in my graveyard after resolving.

Nonsplit cards seem to not do this when used with the Scepter.

Brimaz, King of Oreskos attacked along with Kytheon, Hero of Akros and post-combat the Kytheon trigger to transform did NOT trigger (the Brimaz 1/1 white Cat Soldier creature token would have satisfied the "at least two other creatures attacked this combat" requirement for transformation)

Fireshoes: The cat token is put on the battlefield attacking, not declared as an attacker, so it actually doesn't work for Kytheon's trigger.
Ruling: 6/22/2015 Kytheon’s first ability will count creatures that attacked but are no longer on the battlefield (perhaps because they didn’t survive combat damage being dealt). It will not count any creatures that were put onto the battlefield attacking, as those creatures were never declared as attackers.

Seems like I can't play a match on Xmage today without finding a new way to break the game. I'm separating the bugs into spoilers to avoid an ugly wall of text and make it easier to run through.


Spellskite + Leeching Bite (and possibly other multiple target spells):

My opponent has a Grave Pact and two 1/1 vanilla tokens on his side, one is a goblin, the other a zombie. I have a tapped Spellskite on my side. He casts a Leeching Bite with first target (+1/+1) being the goblin and the second target (-1/-1) being the zombie. I activate my Spellskite on his spell. It asks me if I want to change the target from the goblin (the one that would receive +1/+1) to Spellskite. Since I would receive lethal from a 2/2 I say yes, so that the Spellskite gets the buff instead. Ability resolves, and then the Leeching Bite resolves. Somehow my Spellskite is now a -1/3, his goblin remains a 1/1, and the zombie (which should have received -1/-1 and died) is now a 2/2.


LevelX: Fixed bugs of Spellskite and fixed target handling of Leeching Bite. I couldn't reproduce your problem exactly, but I hope the fixes will also fix your problem.

Cryptoplasm + Followed Footsteps:

I have a Cryptoplasm in play, currently copying a Sigiled Paladin, and I enchant it with a Followed Footsteps. Next turn the aura triggers (the Crypto is still copying the same creature) and places a token on the battlefield, except the token is an untransformed Cryptoplasm, when it should be a Sigiled Paladin with Cryptoplasm's ability (as per rule 706.3), since that's what the enchanted creature currently is.

Rule 706.3 | Open
706.3. The copy’s copiable values become the copied information, as modified by the copy’s status (see rule 110.6). Objects that copy the object will use the new copiable values.
Example: Vesuvan Doppelganger reads, “You may have Vesuvan Doppelganger enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature on the battlefield except it doesn’t copy that creature’s color and it gains ‘At the beginning of your upkeep, you may have this creature become a copy of target creature except it doesn’t copy that creature’s color. If you do, this creature gains this ability.’” A Vesuvan Doppelganger enters the battlefield as a copy of Runeclaw Bear (a 2/2 green Bear creature with no abilities). Then a Clone enters the battlefield as a copy of the Doppelganger. The Clone is a 2/2 blue Bear named Runeclaw Bear that has the Doppelganger’s upkeep-triggered ability.

Followed Footsteps + Clever Impersonator:

I have a Followed Footsteps enchanting a Cryptoplasm and another (unchanted) Cryptoplasm in play. I cast a Clever Impersonator and as it ETB I target the aura as the permanent to copy. The Impersonator is now on the battlefield as a copy of the enchantment but it's not attached to any card and is just sitting there as a normal global enchantment. It should have given me the option to choose a creature to enchant, according to rule 303.4f, since the Impersonator enters the battlefield as a Followed Footsteps.

Rule 303.4f | Open
303.4f. If an Aura is entering the battlefield under a player’s control by any means other than by resolving as an Aura spell, and the effect putting it onto the battlefield doesn’t specify the object or player the Aura will enchant, that player chooses what it will enchant as the Aura enters the battlefield. The player must choose a legal object or player according to the Aura’s enchant ability and any other applicable effects.


Cryptoplasm + Divinity of Pride + Serra Avenger:

This one really boggles my mind, I can't figure out what could possibly be going wrong with this picture:

I'm at 8 life, opponent (AI) is at 21. I have a Cryptoplasm currently copying my opponent's Divinity of Pride, the Crypto also has my Followed Footsteps attached to it. Additionally, I have another Cryptoplasm on the battlefield also copying the same Divinity, and a Clever Impersonator that ETB copying the first Cryptoplasm and is currently also a copy of the Divinity.

Opponent attacks with his only Divinity of Pride (4/4) and a Serra Avenger (3/3). I block the Divinity with two of my Divinity copies (the Clever Impersonator and unenchanted Cryptoplasm) and the Avenger with the enchanted Divinity (originally a Cryptoplasm). My opponent's Divinity kills my two copies and dies, and then his Avenger dies and kills the Divinity blocking it, also sending my Followed Footsteps down with it.

How does any of that add up? Not only should his Divinity only kill one of mine since it was a 4/4 and only becomes an 8/8 after dealing its damage (at which point it should be too late to go back and say the 4 damage are now 8, since it was that exact damage that put him at 25 life), but even more confusing is how the Serra Avenger, which is a 3/3, somehow kills my 4/4 that had suffered no other damage that turn.

No other permanents in play at that moment had any influence in this either, they were only basic lands and a couple of creatures with no relevant abilities.

I won't put aside me completely missing something here, but I really can't see any other explanation to this other than a game bug.

In a Commander Game i tried to resolve a Burning Wish. Problem is, it did not find any Targets because the Sideboard is reserved for the Commander only. Is there a way to use Burhing Wish anyhow?

LevelX: No, there is currently no way to set a sideboard for a commander deck.

Windbrisk Heights didn´t let me play a Ghost Quarter i exiled with it, which should be possible as far as i understand.

Had you already played a land that turn? If so, that's the problem, since the ability doesn't give you any extra land plays when activated. You can only play a land from it if you haven't played your land for that turn yet.
