.Jar launcher total fail to boot

I played this before, installed on my device before but i find the launcher unable to launch, i ran a winrar, zip, whatever i could use, still doesn't launch, can't play xmage. 32 bit win7ultimate, i believe it the file perhaps, thanks for the help thank you.

A .jar file is meant to be launched with Java. You can open it like a zip/rar file and look at its contents inside but that's not how you run it. If you have Java installed then right-click the file and select to open it with Java. If you don't have Java installed download it (link).
