Hey all,
I posted about this on GitHub, but it was closed and I haven't seen a resolution to the issue implemented yet. I was wondering if other folks had reproduced this issue.
Obzedat, Ghost Council will blink out during my end step, but fails to reappear on the battlefield during my upkeep. The trigger appears on the stack, but he never enters the battlefield.

When a fix is submitted, unless you are building the source yourself, you will have to wait until a new version is released.
