Shandalar 2012 stucks on long duels (30+ turns)

Hi, folks!
I guess everyone knows about this bug. When you have a long duel, more than 30 turns, there is almost 100% chance that the game will stuck on AI's turn at his Main Postcombat phase. You can leave him thinking for the whole night but it won't help. His turn will never end, the only way out is kill a task in the task manager.
I've tried numerous different installs - this bug is everywhere. Shandalar_2012delta included.

So, is there a solution? A workaround (except just win in a few turns)? May be a patch?
5+ years looking for an answer with no success. May be this forum will help...

Hi!

Actually, I was wondering why people do not talk this bug? Since this one is kinda obvious and seems to persist in all Shandalar versions. Well, any info on this one would be really helpful

Well, unless you fight Arzakon usually people mow over all enemies with original deck since they can have better cards so rounds are short.

Do you have a savegame so we can test it out?
