The inablity to recreate user reported gameplay issues, such as AI misplays,
has been a major obstacle for us. This release includes the ability to generate
a "Gameplay Report" in the game menu (accessed with the Esc key during the
game). Please include the generated gameplay report zip file when reporting
gameplay issues. In addition, we have fixed 20 bugs and added 71 cards.

- provide a "Gameplay Report" option to the game menu that allows users to
create a zip file that should be submitted for gameplay bugs
- update basic lands to use BFZ full art card images
- allow overriding the default card image by adding image with the same name to '<images>/custom' folder
- show choice indicator immediately after target description instead of at the end of the effect text
- fixed the following bugs:
* Mac startup script stopped working since 1.64 (issue #492)
* AI unable to grant abilities to creatures during declare attackers step (issue #500)
* AI will sometimes sacrifice a permanent as a cost to pump the permanent itself
* name of card displayed in user prompt when AI plays megamorph ability (issue #454)
* face down creature is not interactive in log (issue #477)
* mill message appears before effect message (issue #487)
* image_updated property did not work with images for missing cards (issue #501)
* incorrect tense in "may" clause of effects (issue #503)
* cards that reduce life loss due to damage should not change life total and then set it (issue #512)
* Burnout should not allow opponent to pay to prevent countering the spell
* Fyndhorn Pollen missing 'Cumulative upkeep '
* Kobold Drill Sergeant gave Kobolds +1/+1, should be +0/+1
* Form of the Dragon should trigger life gain/loss
* Tooth and Nail puts creatures into play before searching for them (issue #460)
* Colfenor's Urn doesn't check current toughness (issue #462)
* Narcolepsy's log message mention of enchanted permanent is not interactive (issue #489)
* Wormfang Turtle removes all player's lands instead of chosen one (issue #490)
* Blessed Reversal required a target and did not gain life (issue #491)
* Dead-Iron Sledge crashes if it is not equipped when its trigger resolves (issue #494)

Thanks a lot for new release of Magarena. However, the issue of the program translation is still actual. There are some strings in UI and gameplay, which can be translated. The same proposal deals with downloading translated card images. When do you plan to solve these objectives?

Indeed, but the log messages and such like are a bit more difficult to work with although I am sure it can be overcome eventually by a suitably motivated person. Issue #465 was opened to track progress on this.kannikkiy wrote:There are some strings in UI and gameplay, which can be translated.
As far as I am aware there are no plans - yet! - to address downloading card images in other languages. You can manually replace the default images by creating a folder named "custom" in the images folder and placing your own images in it. Using a custom folder would be the best for now

And about translated card images. I wrote small program to rename downloading path in Magarena scripts in accordance with common languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Russian). I think it will be useful. Program for Windows and short manual in attachments.

- (word "All" in Duel properties panel; deck types ("Random", "Prebuilt" an so on) in deck description; name of colors; type, subtype, and rarity in Deck editor)
And about translated card images. I wrote small program to rename downloading path in Magarena scripts in accordance with common languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Russian). I think it will be useful. Program for Windows and short manual in attachments.

Thanks for the clarification, you are right most if not all of these can be translated. I have created task #538 to look into them for the next release. Thanks. Assuming you are just replacing "\en\" in the download link with the equivalent language code, I think it would be fairly simple to replicate the results a bit more efficiently (ie. no double download!) from within Magarena itself. Please can you take a look at the pseudo-code in issue 539 - does this look feasible?kannikkiy wrote:And about translated card images. Yet another strings in UI, which can be translated: in the sidebar view settings the list entries ("Player1", "Player2", "Logstack", "TurnInfo").
