Describe the Bug:
- Heartless Summoning does not affect creature casting cost from Havengul Lich ability
- Havengul Lich does only half interact with Griselbrand (should not gain lifelink, has loss of life but no card draw)
Which card did behave improperly ?
Heartless Summoning + Havengul Lich
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Manacost-changing effects don't work on cards cast from the graveyard in general. Flashback's a similar case.
Fixing lifelink would be difficult on its own, though it'll eventually be fixed as a side effect when the "new" abilities are added and removed like the original Microprose ones. There'll be many, many static abilities that'll be incorrectly granted and very, very time consuming to fix, though, since they all get added whenever a card's function is called for any reason instead of in response to a specific event.

Also Heartless Summoning + Havengul Lich + Ravenous Rats combo doesn't work, Ravenous Rats dies before triggering his ability while he should be able to.

Interaction with Heartless Summoning and other reduced casting cost effects works. Interaction with Griselbrand is still the same (lose the life draw no cards) and Heartless Summoning + Ravenous Rats combo still doesn't work (should this be reported separately?).

If it's not working with Griselbrand, I don't see how it could possibly work with anything.
Ravenous Rats is unrelated, and an engine limitation; cards can't trigger unless they're still on the battlefield.
