Describe the Bug:
When Volrath's Gardens's activated ability is activated, i.e. has been paid and an untapped creature controlled by Gardens's controller has been tapped, Gardens prompts the player to pay and select an untapped creature again.
After a player has done so, he/she gains 2 life. The second chosen creature is not tapped in the process (but must be untapped in order for Garden to deem it valid).
Also note that the first prompt reads "select target creature", while the second prompt reads "select target untapped creature".

Ability resolves after its cost has been paid without prompting the player to pay again.
