Multiple copies of Trinisphere on the battlefield aren't interacting right. Multiple copies shouldn't matter since it just resets casting cost to 3, but it seems to be considered an addition that is applied multiple times. Ex. if there are 2 Trinispheres in play then a spell with CCC of 2 costs 4 instead (2 + (3-2) * 2), while a spell with CCC of 1 costs 5 (2 + (3-1) * 2) when both should just cost 3.

Note: a bug regarding Trinisphere was fixed for the September patch, don't know if this is related.

I posted the last Trinisphere bug here but that had to do with the ordering of effects like Sphere of Resistance with Trinisphere.

I dont think I ever tested multiple Trinisphere s before but it is definitely a confirmed bug. Birds of Paradise costs 4G with two Trinisphere s in play.

This should be (almost) correctly fixable now that compute_and_check_casting_cost() has been moved into C. We can't fix it with X spells yet, since X is determined later; and it's not likely to ever work with spells that charge X themselves instead of letting the engine do it (as they really should).

Since there have been a few redundant Trinisphere posts I figured I would post this here first.

Trinisphere also does not affect flashback costs at all (in the screenshot, Artful Dodge can be flashed back for U).

The only thing that may be out of scope is that flashback costs also do not appear to be affected by other cost increases such as Sphere of Resistance.

I can't honestly remember if we've covered Trinisphere and alternate costs yet.

I happened to notice the AI can alternate cast Force of Will with a Trinisphere in play and not have to pay 3. With a Trinisphere in play, Force of Will should either cost 3UU or -1 life & exile blue card & pay 3.

Yup, "Pitchspell" from Alliances and such don't honor Trinisphere and other cost modifiers at all when pitched. I've fixed that, but there will be surely more cases among the cards from Masques block. I'll check them too and let you know.

Trinisphere affects flashback mana costs but not correctly.Doesn't affect all non mana alternate costs.
With a Trinisphere in play: (2+ Trinisphere are bugged for normal casting as well so no reason to perplex the example testing more than 1 Trinisphere).
1- Artful Dodge flashback cost is {3} {U}.(instead of 2U)
2- Battle Screech flashback cost is only it's alternate cost to tap 3 creatures.(instead of alternate cost(tap 3 creatures) + {3} from Trinisphere.fixed

These are currently broken (whether again or still, I don't know) - Force of Will still costs {0} with either Trinisphere or Sphere of Resistance on the bf.
