Opal Palace last ability can be used outside EDH mode (in the form of providing any color mana)
Which card did behave improperly ?
Opal Palace last ability can be used outside EDH mode
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Jan 01, 2014 : Commanding the revision of Ice Age v2 - DUEL
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

It also doesn't grant a +1/+1 to a commander cast using said abiliity.

Fixed the first bug in d73bb76
The second one couldn't be fixed righ now (there's no way to restrict the usage of mana)
