Describe the Bug:
Can't use these cards to cast spells that counter other spells.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Dream Halls & North Star

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
2014/02/18: Born of the Gods v2 - DUEL

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Should be able to use them to fuel interrupts.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Fixed Dream Halls in bfa8976
Fixed North Star in 8c31964
Plus you'll find a big leap in AI helping and a check for Permanents / Sorceries without flash that now couldn't be played outside the "can sorcery be played" time window.
There's still a catch for North Star : you'll be forced to immediately play the card you selected. This could be fixed later.

- Long term task: inserting all the good stuff I left out from the "Golden Years" mod

Gargaroz since you already got to work with Dream Halls and you have it fresh in your mind could you fix also this bug report about it?It mentions 2 bugs the first about playing all spells at instant speed which you have already fixed that here and a 2nd that needs attention:
2) If you only have 1 colored card, and 1 land in your hand, Dream Halls will allow you to attempt to cast the colored card by discarding another card. Selecting the land or the card itself will cause it to prompt you over and over again with no cancel, soft locking the game. Needs a cancel prompt, or needs to exclude the card itself when searching for other cards of the same color that would make it castable.

North Star doesn't Tap on use.
