Describe the Bug:
Mana ability can only be used to cast artifacts, not activate them
Which card did behave improperly ?
Grand Architect
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
2014/02/18: Born of the Gods v2 - DUEL
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

the first bug is an engine limitation, so it's unfixable right now.
The second is fixed in 254624b
