Describe the Bug:
When Propaganda asks a player controlling 3 or more creatures to pay {2}

for an attacker and that player taps Gaea's Cradle to produce mana, the excess mana produced by Cradle vanishes, i.e. the mana pool is emptied (and the {2}

for Propaganda is paid).

Which card did behave improperly ?
Gaea's Cradle or Propaganda

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When Propaganda asks a player controlling 3 or more creatures to pay {2}

for an attacker and that player taps Gaea's Cradle to produce mana, the excess mana produced by Cradle stays in that player's mana pool until combat ends, or it is used to pay for spells/abilities, or that pool is emptied by other means.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Tested Thran Dynamo -> the excess {1}

stays in pool as intended
Haven't tested Tolarian Academy or Serra's Sanctum, but they are potentially affected.
Might also occur in conjunction with Propaganda variants like Ghostly Prison, Collective Restraint or Sphere of Safety.

The excessive mana after you pay 2 for Propaganda is cleared from mana pool only if the mana is not adequate to pay for the rest of the untapped creatures that can attack,if mana is enough for all the remaining creatures to attack then it remains in mana pool till you pay for all creatures.This is the same for Thran Dynamo mentioned in the repport or any other mana producing cards that produce more than 2 mana.
