[confrmd] Challenge: Vanguard Vengeance - Rules Engine Error

Describe the Bug:
At the beginning of a random round (2nd, 3rd or 4th for me), an rules engine appear and then its game over.

Which card did behave improperly ?
As far as I can see its not related with any Vanguard card since its happening in differente rounds, Serra, Momir, etc.....

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Using May 2014 Journey into Nyx - Challenge Mode

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
