[confirmed]Ward of Bones doesn't suppress playing of lands

Describe the Bug:
When Ward of Bones's controller's opponent controls more lands than said controller, that opponent can still play lands.
The rest of Ward's ability's effect seems to work as intended.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Ward of Bones
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15 mini5, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When Ward of Bones's controller's opponent controls more lands than said controller, that opponent can't play lands.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
