[fixed/closed]Flamekin Village always untapped, no haste

Describe the Bug:
1) Flamekin Village enters the battlefield untapped.

2) It doesn't ask its controller whether to reveal an Elemental card from his/her hand or not, even if that player has an Elemental card in hand.

3) Flamekin Village's nonmana ability (grant haste) can't be activated.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Flamekin Village

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
C14U, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Flamekin Village enters the battlefield tapped unless its controller chooses to reveal an Elemental card from his/her hand and its nonmana ability can be activated.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Already fixed in dev.

- Current / medium term task: adjusting the code for making Misdirection and such usable
- Long term task: inserting all the good stuff I left out from the "Golden Years" mod

Not fixed in release. Same bugs.
