[still bug]Impatience count activate Moorland Haunt as spell

Describe the Bug:
1) Impatience's triggered ability only triggers during its controller's end steps and only deals damage to its controller.
2) The trigger is optional, not forced.
3) The ability can be triggered even if spells have been cast that turn.
4) The wrong amount of damage is dealt. During my games it always dealt 7 (seemed to be split into smaller bits of damage that are dealt in a row, but it's too fast to make out on my machine).

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Ability triggers during each player's end step and deals damage to the respective player.
It only triggers if no spells have been cast that turn and the trigger is mandatory.
It deals 2 damage whenever it triggers.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

I confirm the first 3 bugs but not the 4th = it always made 2 damage using your savegame.

Don't know if this is an issue with Impatience, but it considers activating Moorland Haunt to be casting a spell. Activating other abilities from other cards don't appear to be considered spells in this way.

It looks to me like it would always trigger now. There's plenty of events sent during TRIGGER_EOT, and this card clears its internal counters the first time it sees any of them.
