[confirmed]AI can't use Shipwreck Singer 's 1st ability?

Describe the Bug:
It seems there is a bug somewhere:
AI in several games and with lots of mana and while it could benefit,AI never used Shipwreck Singer 's 1st ability to force a creature of mine to attack against AI's fatter creatures.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Shipwreck Singer AI 1st ability

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Battle For Zendikar v2

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

This is mostly a symptom of the more general problem that the AI doesn't do anything on your turn except during combat and in your discard phase; Shipwreck Singer's dialog tells the AI to not pick the first ability except during your turn before combat.

It might activate it in response to you casting or activating an ability. (And it might not. There isn't any hinting to the AI that it would benefit from using this ability, and the combat AI usually needs it.)
