[confirmed]Genju of the Realm doesn't add legendary

Describe the Bug:
Lands animated by Genju of the Realm don't become legendary.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
704.5k If a player controls two or more legendary permanents with the same name, that player chooses one of them, and the rest are put into their owners' graveyards. This is called the "legend rule."

In particular, this means that both of the cards need to become legendary. It's correct that you can animate a Badlands with the genju, then play another Badlands, and have nothing happen.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
I haven't tested Leyline of Singularity recently, but it was fine the last time I did.

Testing this is difficult, since Genju of the Realm is itself legendary and I can't find a way to convince the AI to activate it. A savegame wouldn't help much, since the only way I can find to exercise the bug needs most of its steps carried out on the same turn. Here's what I did:

1. Debug a Badlands onto the bf, and another Badlands, two Genju of the Realm, and a Donate into your hand.
2. Debug add a bunch of mana.
3. Cast a Genju of the Realm enchanting the Badlands.
4. Activate Genju of the Realm.
5. Donate the Genju of the Realm (not the Badlands).
6. Play the second Badlands.
7. Cast the second Genju of the Realm enchanting the second Badlands.
8. Activate the second Genju of the Realm.
