[confirmed]Council's Judgment case of infinite thinking loop

Describe the Bug:
I have played Council's Judgment many times without a problem but in this particular case game goes in infinite thinking loop.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Council's Judgment?
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
No thinking loop
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

If you eliminate the Reckless Scholar that has a +1/+1 counter on it from your save game it works fine.
