Describe the Bug:
Psychic Miasma if you target opponent opens hand menu and caster selects the card to be discarded.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Psychic Miasma

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2,SEALED

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Psychic Miasma if you target opponent doesn't open his hand menu and target opponent selects the card to be discarded.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
