[fix]Remorseless Punishment AI choose loose 5 life having 4

Describe the Bug:
I played Remorseless Punishment.AI had 6 creatures 1 card in library and 4 life.AI chose to sac a creature first time but when it was repeated it chose to loose 5 life and went to -1 life loosing the game.

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When AI has either cards to discard or creatures to sacrifice doesn't select to loose life that will bring AI to 0 life or less.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

In my limited tests AI didn't choose to loose life to go 0 or less if it had any other option available after commit d2025336.
