[fixed]Cinder Elemental no prompt for target

Describe the Bug:
1- Cinder Elemental doesn't prompt for target player or creature.
2- Also I don't know what is going on but AI many times in different games could have won by targeting me with it's ability and either didn't activate it or preferred to target a creature or preferred to play something useless instead of win the game.In fact I thought it was bugged and couldn't target player whatsoever.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- Cinder Elemental prompts for target player or creature.
2- AI uses it's activated ability like all other burn abilities/spells preferring to win the game over other plays.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

To clarify, it does do targeting, there just is no help box.

Fixed that it didn't tapped and charged wrongly mana for the ability in f7d5850e1. The prompt has to be fixed by the transfer to "Target any" from "Target creature or player".
EDIT: The card already taps for Quest for Renewal so this wasn't bugged in the first place but you don't get to see it visually tap and that is confusing. Is it tapping after it has been sacrificed?
