[fix/closed]Abstruse Interference no prompt no counter spell

Describe the Bug:
1- Abstruse Interference doesn't ask targeted spell controller to pay 1 or not.
2- It doesn't counter the spell.
3- Maybe result of the above but when you target a spell to counter on stack you get to see a back of a card on left and your target on the right as if it targets 2 spells.

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- Abstruse Interference asks targeted spell controller to pay 1 or not.
2- It counters the spell.
3- When you target a spell to counter on stack you get to see only that.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

This has already been fixed in dev 778ccb5 version and is now closed.
