[fix]Endbringer ability-stop crit from attacking not working

Describe the Bug:
Endbringer ability to stop creature from attacking doesn't prevent the creature from attacking.(the other half of ability works-prevents blocking).

Which card did behave improperly ?
Endbringer

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Endbringer ability to stop creature from attacking prevent the creature from attacking.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Fixed in commit ff743e8.
