[c]Enduring Ideal no enchantment=Rakdos Signet+no lands play

Describe the Bug:
1- If you play Enduring Ideal and don't find an enchantment (or find one) to put on battlefield then at each upkeep you have it triggers epic and puts in play a copy of Rakdos Signet.
2- You can't play lands but epic only prevents you from playing spells.
3- If I am not wrong now we have the ability to do without the special card and use only a legacy card which let us then have text and title for the legacy.
Which card did behave improperly?
Enduring Ideal

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- If you play Enduring Ideal and don't find an enchantment to put on battlefield then at each upkeep epic triggers but nothing happens.
2- You can play lands,lands are not spells and epic prevents spells.
3- Use a legacy card?
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

I got the signet even when I had enchantments available.

Fixed that epic stopped lands from being played in commit 6f0e8fe3.
