[fixed]Glacial Ray when spliced no damage to player

Describe the Bug:
Glacial Ray when spliced only, it doesn't deal damage to player.It still does spliced damage on creature.
Which card did behave improperly?
Glacial Ray
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Glacial Ray regularly or spliced damages either creature or player.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
