[confirm]Charge Across the Araba forces to select all plains

Describe the Bug:
1- Charge Across the Araba doesn't let you select as many plains to bounce as you want.Done button doesn't work and you have to select all plains you have to resolve.
2- As mentioned here: http://www.slightlymagic.net/forum/view ... ba#p208800 doesn't trigger splice.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1-Charge Across the Araba lets you select as many plains as you want (even 0) to return to hand.
2- Charge Across the Araba triggers splice.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
