[confirmed]Can't cast Zoetic Cavern face-down if played land

Describe the Bug:
If I've already played my land for the turn (or two lands with an Exploration or whatever), I can't cast Zoetic Cavern face-down.

Which card behaved improperly?
Zoetic Cavern.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
It's a creature when you try to cast it face-down, so it doesn't care about how many land drops you have.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Not this specific one, though this is related.
