[fix/close]Vampire Aristocrat crash when cast other creature

Describe the Bug:
Vampire Aristocrat will crash the game if:
1- you cast it and have other creatures in play as soon as opponent has his turn on his upkeep.
2- At least when you don't have any other creatures except an untapped Vampire Aristocrat in your turn and then you cast a creature.

Which card did behave improperly?
Vampire Aristocrat

confirmed, except it crashed on opponent's untap, not upkeep.

This seems fixed and now closed or it was a very special case.
