[fixed]If Murder of Crows kills and dies no trigger

Describe the Bug:
If Murder of Crows dies and simultaneously kills the creature it blocks or is blocked by it's ability doesn't trigger for the death of the other creature.

Which card did behave improperly?
Murder of Crows

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
If Murder of Crows dies and simultaneously kills the creature it blocks or is blocked it's ability triggers for the death of the other creature.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Doesn't trigger at all in post EMNv2 versions.

Fixed all in commit 08beb07.
