Goblin Lookout prompts wrongly "Select permanent to sacrifice".

Which card did behave improperly?
Goblin Lookout

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Goblin Lookout prompts "Sacrifice a Goblin." or "Select a Goblin to sacrifice."

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Prompt has already been fixed.
Goblin Lookout no tap to activate fixed in 335bd822.
