Describe the Bug:
Minor: Synapse Sliver 's prompt for triggered ability is obligatory (using the orange margin). The ability itself isn't obligatory, you are asked if you want to draw a card or not.

Which card did behave improperly?
Synapse Sliver

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Synapse Sliver like all other optional triggered abilities (uses yellow margin) and only triggers aka draws if you click on it and passes the option (doesn't draw a card) if you continue (this for each trigger of course).

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
