[fix]Golgari Guildmage 1st never active/2nd at sorcery speed

Describe the Bug:
A bug from the distant 2012 that was lost in that big pile and never got any attention:
1- Golgari Guildmage cannot use his 1st ability never highlights and never appears in sub-menu - creature fetch from gy ability even if all its requirement are met (mana, creature to sac and creature in gy).
2- Golgari Guildmage 's 2nd ability can only be activated at sorcery speed.

Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
1- Golgari Guildmage 's 1st ability to fetch from grave works.
2- Golgari Guildmage 's 2nd (& 1st)ability can be activated at any time.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?

Fixed no fetch in commit 4945c8c. The other bugs have already been fixed.
