Describe the Bug:
Serra's Blessing ability effects even when on stack.

Which card did behave improperly?
Serra's Blessing

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink 2016/08/27: Eldritch Moon v2, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?

Fixed in commit cfc3198.

Now gives vigilance to creatures while they're on the stack and the enchantment is on the battlefield. (The original bug was vice-versa.)

I don't think this has any practical effects - Manalink doesn't show ability icons on cards until they're on the battlefield, and as far as I know no current card cares about what abilities cards on the stack have other than "This spell can't be countered" - but I can certainly see WOTC printing something that does care, similar to how Essence Backlash, Sarkhan's Unsealing, and Spellbreaker Behemoth care about creature spells' power.

This the only way I can check this so since I can't and it's safe for now this gets closed.
