counter a spell from a graveyard-cards in hand no highlight

If you counter a spell from a graveyard then for it's owner, firstly he gets a message "Fast effects .. activate Rules engine" then he may cast any instants but as you click on it and you are on any main phase then the cards he has in hand can be cast BUT are shown as not castable (they cease to highlight) until that turn passes.
Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
Countering a spell from a graveyard doesn't affect highlight feature for cards that can be cast from hand.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
