Describe the Bug:
Multiple Wastes in an EDH deck triggers duplicate card notification & auto game loss.

Not sure how to test whether or not more than 4 copies in a 60 card duel deck would make the deck "Unresricted" so I've also included a 60-Wastes deck if anyone wants to check that.

A [EDH] deck may have any number of cards named "Wastes"
