Scaning and processing a set is not an easy task. I'm sure Commander's Arsenal is the only missing HQ set in ALL of our collections, and I mean EVERYONE that uses CCGHQ scans.

These things take a while and the guys provide the scans working on their free time and paying their own money to deliver. Just wait a while longer. I'm sure no one is withholding the scans.
