error message in the pic pane for missing pictures (implemented)

if a picture is missing or misplaced, an error message
"<full filename path> not found."
should appear right in the pic pan and possibly somewhere else (grid, log...)
Helps track errors in names of various special cards (as they will be added to the db and pic torrent) and/or card pictures that have been placed into a wrong directory (or have wrong link to a pic in the db).
Simple, elegant and useful; I also endorse this feature.
