Vigilant Martyr 1st ability can't be activated (fix completed)

 

It is AS1 version (not put in above list yet).
Vigilant Martyr first ability can't be activated when he or another creature dies no regeneration effects trigger and doesn't highlight as active-able.I don't know if 2nd ability can be activated as it didn't came up to use it,yet.
