Subterranean Scout mishandling (will not fix)
I know it's probably related to a wider thing, but could Subterranean Scout in particular be strobgly discouraged from being used on enemy creatures?
I've just had a situation where the AI has a 2/2 pumpable creature stuck because my Fog Bank keeps blocking it. The AI then plays Subterranean Scout and targets my creature
