Grisly Salvage reveal other than selected (duplicate)

I have seen repeatedly AI when casting Grisly Salvage it reveals correctly the top 5 cards but the card it selects (correctly one of the 5) is never the one it is revealed but one not in it's deck.Most times it was a Mountain.Is this the usual problem which we see with AI targeting - and get to see other than the target or different issue?
