Shandalar - Program Bugs

Winter Orb cannot be resolved w/o mana to untap (duplicate)

 

Just as it says in the title, if Winter Orb is in play and a player, User or AI, has no lands that need to be untapped, Winter Orb cannot find a legal target (A tapped land) to resolve its effects and a duel cannot be progressed past that point.
