AI keeps tapping Clockwork Avian and Clockwork Beast for 0 (duplicate)

 

After the AI attacks with Clockwork Avian and Clockwork Beast once (so they lose a counter), it keeps tapping them from X=0. This keeps them tapped (very rarely it will untap them, such as when it desperately needs a blocker).
