AI not taking into account Nevinyrral's disk if it's tapped (will not fix)
But apparently yes if it's untapped 
The opponent played permanents on the turn after I put down a Nevinyrral's Disk (it was tapped), but wouldn't play anything on the next turn as if it expected me to pop it. I did, but it lost 3 things it played while it could plainly see the Disk and would certainly lose (none had haste).
