Probably a duplicate, but it mangles Faeries completely. It will not only play them in a way which doesn't make sense, but also tap down all it's counterspell mana and it also plays them as soon as it draws them. Making a functional Faeries deck where you couldn't pretty much substitute them for any blue fliers is effectively impossible.
