AI only activates one graft trigger per creature entering the bf (unreproducible)

 

The ai for the "Graft" ability (such as on Vigean Hydropon) seems to be odd - the AI doesn't seem to realize it can graft counters from multiple sources onto creatures coming into play. It only ever seems to graft from one source per creature.
