Ai stacks copies of Torture on the same creature (will not fix)

 

AI can stack copies of the card Torture on the same creature, and those are redundant.

It uses the card as removal fairly well otherwise, but it also occasionally puts a Torture onto something and then hits it with a different removal spell as well.
